Help potty training!?

My dog Sasha is pooping everywhere and my other dog Cece is potty trained because she went to a dog training school. We can't afford to do that for Sasha. So could someone send me a link or a writing about how to potty train a teacup yorkie. By the way Cece is a 2 year old shiffon(shih tzu mix brussels griffon) and my other dog Sasha is a 2 month old teacup yorkie. If you need info about those dogs ask a question about these breeds and I will be there to answer it. So please help me potty train!
I also tried pee pads

Dogs understand when you talk to them the same way consistently so choose your word for bathroom time. If you want them to go outside then take them out the first day every hour on the hour and give them a doggie treat if they actually do something and praise them. Always. If you work and need them to be trained to do it inside, then take them to the area with newspaper that you want them to do their job and praise them the same way with a treat and congratulating them. Some dogs learn in one week but you just need to stay consistent always and some may take 3 weeks. The key is to be consistent in your plan.

In order to train a dog,you must confine it to a kennel cab and take it out about every two to three hrs.,let it potty then bring it directly back in,don't let it play outside after doing its job,or it will get confused about why you are putting it out.Repeat this about two weeks and your pet will be trained, but you must do this on a regular basis.

You need to take her out every hour and right after she wakes from a nap, and after you have been playing with her. Also about 1/2 hour after she eats.
I suggest keeping her in a crate when you are not home. This will stop her from going in the house when you are not home.
Training takes a while and you must stay consistent with it for it to work. Best of luck.
