his nose is like always dry, its never wet.he is VERY healthy and everything.im just curious.his nose gets wet when he gets really excited and happy and everything though:]
i loove him!
well actually he turns 4 in the 13 of this month at 12:06 pm :]]
crusty like being able to peel it off??
is it bcuz hes hungry??that little fattie is always hungry!i feed him, and like 1 hour later hes hungry.and i feed him perfectly!
I have a 3 year old Pug. His nose is the same way. Our vet said the dryness itself isn't going to hurt him. He said we shouldn't worry unless it starts to bleed, peel or if it starts to hurt. What did worry him was bacteria. The cracks make it easier to get in and that ups the chance for infection. He said we could put Vaseline on his nose, once a day, and that should help with the dryness.

That is a perfectly okay dog nose. Don't worry unless it is cracked and crusty.

well it depends… to me it sounds like it is perfectly fine! make sure you give him lots of water because he maybe just dehydrated…monitor your dog and see if any thing changes….if his nose is warm then he may just have a puppy cold! it's nothing serious though…just tell your vet about the symptoms you are having…he may suggest that the dog is…dehydrated, sick, has allergies, or he may think that the dog is fine. but overal i think your little man will be o.k! i wish you the best of luck! and i hope this advice helps!

He might not be getting enough water. If he is getting plenty of water and his nose is still dry, it is fine.

dogs are like that – their noses get wet and dry all the time.
if it stays either wet/dry for like a month, then id be worried.
but if it changes then its fine.
wet noses is typically healthy unless it becomes seriously wet and drooly.
