I just got a shih tzu puppy and I don't know how many times I should bathe it. I searched in the internet but there isn't any specific answer to my question.

my dog gets a bath when she gets groomed 6-8 weeks or when she is dirty or stinky.

When you do bath your puppy, use only dog shampoo and be sure to rinse very, very thoroughly because any shampoo residue gets itchy, causing a dog to scratch.
