If you go to the Kennel Club association they will give a list of all the reputable and official breeders.
This is how I sourced a breeder near me ( only a few miles away!) I met my dog's mum aswell as his aunties!! This is the best way to buy a puppy as you can learn alot from seeing how well they have been reared and to make sure you are not buying from a cruel puppy farm.
I've had my Shih tzu now for 7 years and I love him to bits!
