Shih Tzu puppies under $850 should be easy to find. You may find a couple of affenpinchers for lower than that price as well, however it is very rare to find a bulldog under $850. (Though you may get lucky).
A lot of respectable, private home breeders are listed, BUT there are also a few that really aren’t responsible breeders. You’d have to speak to them and visit to make sure. Don’t visit if they won’t guarantee a set price or let you visit their homes to see the living conditions of the puppies. Good luck!
