My maltese shih tzu is getting lazy?

My puppy used to be a happy running around and jumping dog. She loved people and hated being alone. Whenever we put her outside shed cry and bark all night. 2 days ago we left her outside in the yard for a few hours so she could get used to it. It worked and she stopped barking after a while and went to sleep or played by herself, but now she doesn't want to do anything. When we play with her she doesn't seem to care much and sleeps during the day. When I go outside she will chase the ball but not as enthusiastically. What can I do to get her to like us again and want to play and run??

Walk her. I know that sounds sarcastic, but its not. Walking is a crucial part of a dogs life. Without regular walking they develop any of a variety of behavoral problems. It is vary unlikely that you dog is "lazy." Lazy is human, it isn't canine. Seriously, walk her, regularly and for at least, at least, half an hour at a time.

Those little dogs are meant to be inside, house/lap dogs.
She's probably all confused and in a snit from the outa ordinary treatment of her.
    Keep consistant with her lifestyle.
