She has Soft toys and she loves them.
She knows the command NO! So when i say NO she will put the shoe down and walk away, She then waits till i have my back turned and she will go and get the shoe .
The question is, where to put my shoes until my puppy grows up?
Anything oyour puppy gets in his mouth that is inappropriate is your job – he's a baby with new teeth to test drive!
The best place for babies is in a protected space – either a crate, or a short puppy pen in the kitchen or other place where you will be with him. That way, you don't have to worry about shoes, electrical cords, plants, all the stuff in the house he's going to eat when you look away.
Make sure he has safe things to teethe on, like little nylaropes that have been soaked and kept in the freezer, or soft rubber kong puppy toys tat are the right consistency not to break his baby teeth.
You need to be a parent, and make sure he's proitected from the things he shouldn't have. Like shoes

rool up a news paper and hit ur hand when ever they try it works on everything…. I think it scares them

buy her a chew toy or you could put your shoes somewhere she couldn't get them but then she'll find other things to chew on so best thing is to get her a chew toy

you can 'trade' for an acceptable toy, or yy could turn it into a trick. you xan teach her to bring your shoes on comand, and give her a treat when she gives them to you. much less frustrating than trying to break the behavior completely. sometimes, it's just a good idea to work with what the puppy just naturally wants to do.
