My dog Sasha is pooping everywhere and my other dog Cece is potty trained because she went to a dog training school. We can't afford to do that for Sasha. So could someone send me a link or a writing about how to potty train a teacup yorkie. By the way Cece is a 2 year old shiffon(shih tzu mix brussels griffon) and my other dog Sasha is a 2 month old teacup yorkie. If you need info about those dogs ask a question about these breeds and I will be there to answer it. So please help me potty train!
I also tried pee pads
Dogs understand when you talk to them the same way consistently so choose your word for bathroom time. If you want them to go outside then take them out the first day every hour on the hour and give them a doggie treat if they actually do something and praise them. Always. If you work and need them to be trained to do it inside, then take them to the area with newspaper that you want them to do their job and praise them the same way with a treat and congratulating them. Some dogs learn in one week but you just need to stay consistent always and some may take 3 weeks. The key is to be consistent in your plan.
I am getting another puppy today at 3:00 because Cece my 2 year old Shiffon (Shih tzu mix brussels griffon) needs a playmate. I visited my dog many times. Now she can leave her mom. By the way she is a teacup yorkie named Sasha. But the problem is that it will be hard to train a wild dog like that. I barely could train Cece but Sasha will be tough. So could somebody write me some info about teacup yorkies? You could link a teacup yorkie page to me. Please don't send me stupid stuff about it. See Ya!
As soon as it is old enough have her spayed that will make a huge difference in her behavior. Also start her with crate training-don't yell there are positives in crate training. First she will figure out that that is her safe place/comfy zone. put some paper down or just take it out and hose it off if she oops in it. Gradually introduce her to the older dog they will have to establish boundaries. Cece may be a little jealous so give her some good love when the baby isn't around but most especially if she is. New puppy best training in the world to domesticate-HAND FEED IT this will make a intensely close bond between the two of you and she will see you as the provider of the good stuff.about the crate you can put a tick clock in there if it feels scared and whines all the time and baby receiving blankets are easily washable and you could sleep with them before putting in crate as she will feel comforted by your scent, a small stuffed toy with that fake sheep skin is also a fave. of pets. If she goes oops in her cage do not scold so much just remember to let her out more, but she is a baby and as with ALL babies she will have accidents, take it in stride and don't yell. I hope this isn't stupid stuff and I wish you the best of luck. If you care enough to ask you will do fine!

We recently kinda adopted a teacup chihuahua. When I say kinda, these people threw her out of their van like two weeks ago on our road. We took her to the vet and everything checked fine. She gets along GREAT with our children and our other shih tzu.
The thing is…with adults shes cowers…with the kids shes fine, but when me or my husband approach her and pet her, her ears go back, tair between her legs and she cowers to the floor. To my understanding this means she was abused, right?
We try not to approach her and let her come to us. She comes and cuddles on the couch and follows us everywhere…but shes so scared of adults. Does anyone know if this will get better with time? Is there anything we can do besides be patient?
The vet did check her for internal injuries. When we saw this happen…we picked her up and took her to our vet and waited until they could get us in. They actually kept her overnight.
She will eventually learn to love you both and not cower too bad. But she will probably always be wary of strange adults.
One thing about chis is that they "flirt" this way to. They wiggle back and forth with their hips, cower to the ground and slither up to you and roll over for their tummys to be petted. Then they jump up and run back and forth all around you with that silly smile. Not all of them do it all the time, our alpha male doesn't do it as often, but sometimes he will.
Our tiny girl will slither up and roll over when she meets strangers. She loves all people and has never been yelled at or hit at all. It's just a chi trait. They slither and smile and wiggle. After they have been petted and adored they lick your nose and even chew on it if you let them. So some of what you are seeing might be that.
After she greets you with that flirty slither she might start to run and play and kiss and act more like a dog you would know. Ours do it all the time to everyone. Even our alpha female will do it. It's how they greet people.

I also got a puppy and it was qite bad with his blader here is how i tranied him. Here are the basics of a simple potty training routine for a puppy.
1. Take him outside (and stay till he's done or a long time has gone by with no results):
As soon as he wakes up in the morning (You don't have to be awake.. much!)
Right after his breakfast
Right after his lunch
Right after his naps
Right after taking him out of his crate
Right after his dinner
Right after any snacks of much size
Right before his bedtime
If he whimpers in the night
Praise him in a cheery voice when he produces.
2. Only feed him and give him water when you can take him outside right away. Especially in a hot or dry climate, you would normally never let dogs be without access to fresh water, but for the weeks that you are training, this limitation will speed up the potty training process for your dog. There will be fewer accidents and so the dog will more quickly learn what you want. But use your judgment about any risk of dehydration.
3. When he does pee or poop where you don't want him to, quietly clean it up in a matter-of-fact way. This isn't a time to talk either loving or annoyed talk to him; essentially ignore him while you do the cleanup. Certainly never yell or physically punish him in any way.
4. When you and he are both home, keep him with you as much as you can, whether at your side (a leash can be handy for this once he accepts it), in a confined area, or in a crate, or otherwise nearby. (If you are crate-training, do keep the puppy in the crate as little as possible.)
Also everytimes he Pees Or Poos wgile out give him a treet and praise him he will soon learn that it is toilet tiem when he goes out.
Hope it helps =]

Cross all the 'teacup' dogs off your lists. There's no such thing, they're all undersized and sickly dogs. Smaller dogs don't do as well with kids. And a lot of the dogs you mentioned aren't common dog breeds. Beagles are absolutely wonderful with kids. I've heard a lot of good things about cairns too. But why go with specific dog breeds? Take a look at your local animal shelter. I bet they have a small dog there that is great with kids.
